MOBILITY SCOOTERS

CareVacations CruiseShipAssist maintains a large fleet of Mobility scooters in most major cruise ports.  Most of our scooters are specifically designed for cruise ships and vacation destinations.  From 3 wheelchair lightweight light duty scooters to 4 wheel heavy duty scooters, all are less than one year old and carefully maintained to CareVacations highest standards.

All scooters are equipped with baskets and battery chargers to ensure convenience, dependability, and worry free “scootin” just about everywhere!
 

4 WHEEL ELECTRIC SCOOTERS are very similar to our 3 wheel scooters but offer a more stable 4 wheel environment along with an increased weight capacity of 400lb’s+. They are, however, not as manuverable as the 3 wheel scooter in regard to a tight turning radius and are slightly larger. While they do not fit in the standard door width of a regular stateroom, they do fit into any accessible stateroom with door width exceeding 30 inches.  Clients often tell us they park the scooters in a common area of the ship (elevator lobby or other larger lobby area) out of the way of traffic area so as not to obstruct the way of other guests and staff. Key ignition prevents the scooter from being used by other guests.
